Brendan Matthews spent a week anonymously calling his own quarterback the clipboard kid. Nick knows. Kevin knows. Brendan doesn't know they know. On Friday, Fenton's third-down answer is Brendan in the slot.
Sylvia and Hannah both exist in his life in ordinary, unresolved, entirely non-active ways. Nothing is happening. Nothing has been said. This is deliberate.
